We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our team.

Cyber Content Production

CYLNDR India is a leading content production company that empowers brands with creative, production, and new-age content for their present and future communication goals. We operate across platforms, mediums, and agencies, offering end-to-end production, postproduction, and new-age content for the virtual world and Web 3.0.

We cater to Live and Social commerce services for D2C brands and provide state-of-the-art production studios with in-house online and offline editing. With a global footprint, we collaborate with clients worldwide, featuring regional Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, keeping them updated, and managing expectations.
  • Plan and run projects from start to finish, including CGI and 2D animation, live shoots, and editing.
  • Keep timelines in check and ensure every delivery hits deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Supervise editors, animators, and artists to ensure creative output matches the brief.
  • Work closely with the post-production team to review edits, give feedback, and push for the best result.
  • Problem-solve when things get tricky, from technical hiccups to last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and in-house teams to keep everything moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • 6-7 years of solid experience in video production.
  • Strong background in supervising CGI, 2D animation, and post-production editing.
  • Good knowledge of editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Natural communicator comfortable talking to clients and creative teams alike.
  • Strong multitasking skills, juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
