Job Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the student experience by guiding learners through their educational journey.

Candidates must possess industry experience, demonstrated knowledge of the course subject area, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, remote position.

The ideal candidate will provide assistance and support to learners enrolled in programs within the fields of machine learning and AI, data engineering, data science, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all learner inquiries via the learning management system and learner support software within 24 hours or less of submission
  • Rely on industry knowledge to effectively guide learners through complex assignments and questions
  • Provide prompt feedback that includes pointed questions to help learners build problem-solving skills
  • Work with learners who are both new to the subject matter and those with experience or further along in their careers
  • Suggest improvements to assigned program managers to ensure content is communicated clearly, accurately, and effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team to enhance course delivery and solve unexpected challenges
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of extensive work experience in data engineering, data science, or data analytics
  • Professional and/or academic experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and GitHub
  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure
  • Advanced academic background in mathematics, particularly statistics, calculus, and linear algebra
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Canvas or other related learning management systems
