
Learning and Development Program Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central learning and development programs.
About the Role:
- Design, implement, and monitor program effectiveness to drive learner engagement
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
- Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates
- Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant certifications in Learning and Development or related field
- Experience working with data and analytics tools
Your Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently
- Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Collaborative team player with a growth and learner mindset
- Comfortable working with data and analytics for program decisions
