  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by leading and mentoring project teams.

  • Developing case for change and roadmap for execution working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Identifying potential risks associated with transitions and developing mitigation strategies.
