Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the successful execution of our EdTech programs. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing students, mentors, and operations to deliver impactful outcomes.

  • Manage student batches end-to-end, ensuring seamless onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintain class schedules, timelines, and outcome goals to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor student engagement, track progress, and intervene when necessary to prevent falling behind.
  • Support mentors in delivering high-quality sessions, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Develop and refine processes to enhance the student journey.
  • Analyze key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize program performance and drive continuous growth.
Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience in EdTech program management is mandatory, with a proven track record of solving operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
