Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Program Implementation Manager. This position will involve coordinating with stakeholders, planning and executing projects, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for release change control, leading technical installations, and tracking software versions and configurations.
  • You will ensure effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • You will plan feature integration / program integration reviews with stakeholders.
  • You will protect teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters.
  • You will support risk management and mitigations.
  • You will serve as a communication liaison between scrum masters and shared teams, product managers, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams, with the ability to adapt and compromise.
  • Ability to work at both macro and micro level as appropriate to the audience.
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
