**Job Title:** Learning Facilitator We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team. As a learning facilitator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young individuals and inspiring them to achieve their full potential. About Our School:We are a progressive education provider offering international curricula. We believe in redefining learning through innovation and creativity. Key Responsibilities:• Develop effective lesson plans adhering to international benchmarked curriculum standards.
• Make relevant connections between the learning area and the current global scenario.
• Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy in teaching.
• Identify clear teaching objectives and specify how they will be transacted in class. Teaching Methods:• Design coherent instructions to engage students in independent thinking.
• Utilize a wide variety of teaching techniques and tools to address different learners.
• Create educational supports, including reading material and activities.
• Collaborate with school staff to provide students with academic and non-academic support.
• Conduct remedial sessions for students as required. Evaluation:• Transact student assessments as designed and approved by the curriculum team.
• Issue grades, progress reports, and report cards.
• Assign work, correct, and mark work carried out by students. Classroom Environment:• Create a classroom culture that is welcoming and positive.
• Integrate our theme into all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school. Personal Development:• Attend continuing professional development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Communicate and cooperate with school staff and parents/guardians in the students' best interest.
• Organize assemblies, trips, events, competitions, club events at school.
• Plan, execute, and chaperone educational in-class and outdoor activities and events. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Education or Master's degree in the relevant subject area.
• Experience in teaching international curricula can be beneficial.
• Good understanding of the framework, assessment methods, and syllabi is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to inspire and motivate a diverse school community toward achieving shared goals.
