Head of Human Resources - India

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
  • Support the development and implementation of global HR programs
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
