FDD Position Available: A High-Profile Transaction Services Role.

  • A Manager position in Transaction Services is available, where you will work on complex transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues

  • Preparation of high-quality Transaction Services reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members.
  • Management of smaller assignments independently or assistance on larger ones under Partner supervision.
  • Maintenance of professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities.
  • Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives.
  • Management, mentoring, and provision of feedback to junior staff.
  • Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards.
  • Contribution to team morale and a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients
