About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts to ensure smooth business operations.

You will also conduct legal due diligence for companies, providing expert insights to drive strategic decision-making.

In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to structure transactions, including cross-border deals, and draft transaction documents such as share purchase agreements and investment agreements.

You will work closely with start-ups, venture capital firms and other stakeholders to advise on compliance matters and support them in their growth journey.

Your expertise will be invaluable in navigating complex regulatory environments and ensuring that our clients' interests are protected.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  4. Drafting transaction documents, such as share purchase agreements and investment agreements, to ensure clarity and precision.

Requirements
  • Strong background in law, preferably with a focus on commercial contracts and transactions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proven track record of structuring transactions and drafting transaction documents to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
