Head - Transaction Advisory Executive

Our firm is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead transaction advisory services.
This executive will be responsible for managing transactions from inception through completion, ensuring seamless execution and integration of acquired businesses.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and operational integration.
A key responsibility will include overseeing the drafting of transaction documents, due diligence, and negotiations.
Additionally, this individual will guide clients through the critical deal execution and post-closing phase, ensuring smooth transitions, synergy realization, and long-term value creation.
- Lead the drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
- Manage the execution of processes after deal closure, including capital structuring, funding drawdowns, and compliance.
- Oversee integration of acquired businesses (financial systems, reporting, governance, risk management).
Key skills required include:
- Deep expertise in M&A deal execution, post-deal integration, carve-outs, and restructuring.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, tax structuring, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage stakeholders, and drive standard operating procedures.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 12+ years in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
- Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLP
- Track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.
