Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management and process improvement.

The role will focus on standardizing, simplifying, and automating transactional activities across the organization. This will involve working closely with finance and technology stakeholders to implement effective end-to-end solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies in the transactional area and refine them on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) knowledge with hands-on SAP experience to guide service providers in improving efficiency.
  • Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.
  • Engage with units to improve/sustain service delivery levels and review key performance metrics and contractual service levels established with service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in F&A, or semi-qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of accounting and finance experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, experience in operating with senior finance teams, and leading remote teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and English proficiency.
