As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced expert in financial management to join our organization. This role involves configuring and enhancing the expense management module within our financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms, and providing technical expertise to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance on financial process configuration, integrations, data transmission, testing, and troubleshooting for our financial management system.
• Ensure accurate and reliable financial data through effective enhancements of new features and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency by leveraging best practices and industry-leading solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions for financial management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with key stakeholders and internal teams.
• Understand business requirements, configure the financial management solution, demonstrate configurations through testing, and assist the business in testing the solution.
• Comfortable and confident in gathering configuration requirements and problem-solving with stakeholders.
• Contribute to broadening internal knowledge of financial management configuration through hands-on training to cross-functional teams.
• Establish a proactive interface between business partner groups and the financial team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of financial implementations.
• Develop reports to support both domestic and international areas of the financial product.
• Ability to propose multiple solutions for business requirements within financial management.
• Manage financial upgrades and implement new and revised functionality within the financial management system.
• Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the financial ecosystem.
• Optimize financial processes by enhancing workflows, automating manual tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in financial management with proficiency in the use of HCM systems.
• Excellent knowledge of financial management configuration, security administration, business process configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
• Proven functional expertise in the financial management module; awareness of what can and cannot be done, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing straightforward administrative tasks.
• Participate in financial management releases, assessing new features and recommending adoption strategies for talent management modules.
• Balance day-to-day systems support with strategic enhancements and projects related to financial management and integrations.
• Responsible for thorough testing and analysis of new financial management features and functionality, participating in release planning, regression testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and pre-launch testing/sign-off.
• Experience with financial management studio, extend, and integration development.
• Ability to customize the financial management system and desire to learn about expanding expertise to encompass new areas of financial management (Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP).
• Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively collaborate across teams, and communicate with both technical and business users.
• Project management experience supporting the deployment of features and functionality.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Agile development environments such as ServiceNow and Jira.
