Financial Management Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chartered Accountant at a leading hospitality chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of multiple hotels and restaurants, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance. They will prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our corporate finance team. This role will oversee end-to-end financial management, with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis. The CA will act as a bridge between unit-level finance teams and corporate leadership, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and business-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all properties.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific laws.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at a group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each property.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
