Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our accounting operations and support other geographies.

The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, financial reporting, and achieve business objectives.

  • Perform day-to-day financial tasks including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
