Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our financial operations.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of financial operations and contribute to the company's growth and success.
About the Role:- Manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations) in Tally/ERP systems.
- Prepare accurate Management Information Systems (MIS), Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances.
- Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Profession Tax (PT), and Income Tax.
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory filings.
- Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- Smart communicator, analytical thinker, and detail oriented.
