About the Role:

  • Processing and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Administering Petty Cash Entries and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Preparing financial statements and filing tax returns in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Generating sales invoices and sending them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Coordinating travel and hotel bookings for the organization and ensuring costs are within budget.
  • Handling employee reimbursement requests in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintaining office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, and paying vendors on time.
  • Ensuring office utilities such as air conditioning, internet, electricity, and water are functioning properly and paid for promptly.
  • Renewing contracts for services like air conditioning maintenance, pest control, and coffee machine servicing, and scheduling regular servicing.
  • Organizing and storing expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assisting in the preparation of final accounts and supporting auditors in completing statutory and transfer pricing audits.
