Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Broaden our client base through effective outreach and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate and close deals within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competition
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team
Requirements:
  • Native fluency in German language and excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Proven track record in sales account management, preferably in e-commerce or online business environments
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications and SQL queries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or international relations
  • Experience working with IT systems and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of SQL/DW and ability to work with databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
