Learning and Development Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, experience in designing and implementing training programs, and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and drives long-term capability building.
  • Design and oversee structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
  • Drive structured onboarding and training programs for campus hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
  • Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
  • Strong background in designing and executing learning interventions in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting industries.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development, talent capability frameworks, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training solutions.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach. Strong analytical and program evaluation capabilities with the ability to demonstrate ROI of learning initiatives. Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or L&D methodologies preferred.
