Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic acumen and excellence.

This role is pivotal in aligning our global team, fostering innovation, and driving impactful talent delivery strategies. Together, we transcend boundaries, shaping industries and making a positive societal impact.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the client and escalate daily operational issues.
    • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers.
  • Operations Management:
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), service quality, and delivery costs to identify improvements.
    • Maintain a robust external network to gather market intelligence.
  • People Management:
    • Lead and manage new team members to ensure delivery capabilities are met.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team.

Key Performance Indicators: achievement of contract performance KPIs and SLAs, client satisfaction scores, program budget management, team engagement, and complex delivery metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in Technology hiring.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a program management or team leadership role.
  • Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
