Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive strategic talent initiatives and foster high-performing teams.

  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and address skill gaps, aligning workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Design and implement key people programs in partnership with client groups and HR leadership.
  • Lead core HR processes, including performance management, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and skip-level meetings to gather insights and inform action planning.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Team Leads, Managers, and Directors to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Develop targeted retention strategies for critical talent in collaboration with managers and the Country HR Leader.
  • Utilize talent analytics to identify trends and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with client group needs.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Oversee people data accuracy and collaborate with HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to derive insights.

Education
  • Bachelor's in Engineering & Master's in HR.
