Marketing Strategist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to develop and execute effective influencer marketing campaigns. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth through strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, and celebrities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement influencer marketing strategies to expand our client base and foster meaningful relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored influencer marketing plans, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Research and recruit top-tier influencers, content creators, and celebrities, leveraging negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain an extensive database of influencers, categorizing them by genre and relevance for efficient campaign planning.
  • Nurture strong relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium talent management agencies and networks of content creators.
  • Cultivate seamless collaboration among internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Skillset:
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, with 6-12 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word) and social media analytics tools.
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client servicing experience is essential for success in this role.
