Content Strategist Job

We're seeking an accomplished content strategist to drive narrative impact across multiple channels.

About the Role:
  • Develop compelling content that aligns with business objectives and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to integrate their needs into cohesive storytelling.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and research to maintain a high level of relevance in our content.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the content lifecycle – from ideation and creation to final approvals.
  • Coordinate editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery.
  • PARTNER WITH DESIGN TO BRING CONTENT TO LIFE VISUALLY (infographics, eBooks, etc.).
  • Evaluate and refine content from others, offering constructive feedback.
  • Analyze performance data to inform content strategy and optimize results.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, elevating overall output and quality.
Requirements:
  • 4–12 years of experience in content strategy within the IT industry.
  • A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with expertise in various formats and audience engagement.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
