Job Description

As a Team Member in our Campaigns Business, you will play a key role in developing large-scale content IPs that captivate audiences across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities include ideating and breaking down ideas into actionable activities, amplifying brand exposure, and collaborating with revenue teams to sell creative initiatives.

  • Develop innovative content IPs with great consumer traction, adaptable across various formats and platforms.
  • Break down complex ideas into detailed, actionable tasks while maintaining organic exposure for the brands involved.
  • Support revenue teams in selling these creative initiatives as the go-to expert.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong creative 'big picture' ideation capabilities on factual and entertainment content, spanning audio-visual formats and platforms.
  • The ability to identify, curate, and judge ideas and effective content/creative work.
  • Understanding of traditional and new-age media formats and platforms, which will be beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of brand management principles is helpful.
  • Hands-on experience with and active consumption of digital content and social media platforms are significant strengths.
  • A minimum of 2-12 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in a TV channel (ideally non-fiction), advertising, digital agency, content studio, brand solutions team, or any other media and entertainment company.
