HR Leader - Recruitment, Payroll & Employee Relations

A highly skilled HR professional is required to oversee the entire spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy & Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
    • Coordinate closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
    • Effectively manage the onboarding process and related documentation
  • Payroll Processing & Compliance:
    • Process monthly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner
    • Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements, ensuring statutory compliance at all times
  • Employee Engagement & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of employee data and HR databases
    • Manage attendance, leave policies, shift schedules, and other employee-related matters
    • Address employee queries and resolve grievances efficiently
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • HR Policy Framework & Compliance:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies, letters, appointment, and relieving documents
    • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and organizational policies

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in HR - recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
  • Proficiency in Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
