Search Engine Optimization Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEO leader to drive our organic search strategy and execution.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires a proven track record of driving sustainable organic growth, optimizing for search intent, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions in collaboration with the development team.
  • Drive on-page and off-page optimization, including keyword research, meta optimization, internal linking, and link-building strategies.
  • Analyze and monitor SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and user experience to improve crawlability, indexability, and rankings.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and industry trends to adapt strategies.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, and mobile-first optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.) and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams.
