Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance/digital marketing, with a strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms. They will also possess excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
