  • A minimum 3-year tenure as a project manager in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in loyalty industry operations
  • Tech expertise encompassing JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and PowerPoint, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma
