Telecom Project Manager Job

This role is for an experienced professional in project management with a focus on the telecom sector. We are looking for someone who can lead and manage technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud engineering, DevOps methodologies, and embedded systems within the telecom industry. They will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

We require a bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in project management within IT and telecom sectors. The selected candidate will also need to have proven track records of successful project delivery and a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple customer-driven telecom projects utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources to ensure successful project completions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within IT and telecom sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
