Job Description

A seasoned Project Manager is required to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices, and DevOps practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project. They will also prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.

In addition, the Project Manager will collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards. They will drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines, identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies, and take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and willingly shoulder additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
