Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outgoing calls for abandoned checkouts and pending orders
  • Provide customer support via phone, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and website tickets
  • Handle post-purchase queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Upsell and recommend relevant products to existing customers
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions


Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing platforms is a plus
