Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Description:
  As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through focused outbound calls and nurturing leads. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with potential clients, pitch our EV charging solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups to support the sales team.
  You will work closely with the sales team to refine strategies based on call summaries and provide insights to enhance our client engagement approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  - Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
  - Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
  - Basic understanding of EV charging or a strong willingness to learn
  - Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools
  - Ability to make 40-50 outbound calls daily
