
Client Engagement Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a deep understanding of financial products and services. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the BFSI industry
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
