Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for owning the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption of our B2B SaaS products.
You will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to drive product growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while ensuring timely issue resolution.
To achieve this, you will work closely with our sales team to develop targeted strategies, leveraging CRM tools and customer success platforms to optimize interactions and feedback.
Requirements
This role requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, complemented by 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Candidates should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in using CRM tools and customer success platforms is essential.
