Role Summary

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for owning the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption of our B2B SaaS products.

You will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to drive product growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements
