Marketing Professional

This role involves end-to-end marketing responsibilities, including outreach and engagement with influencers, managing PR activities, designing email campaigns, planning events, and tracking growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the founder to develop innovative campaign ideas and create detailed performance dashboards.

  • Conduct market research, establish relationships with influencers, execute seeding and tracking processes, and report on influencer marketing campaigns' performance.
  • Support launch initiatives through digital channels, partnerships, and offline events.
  • Create and schedule email campaigns, monitor their performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in PR activities such as media list development, press releases, and coverage monitoring.
  • Cultivate partnerships with lifestyle businesses to promote products.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign reports and performance dashboards.
  • Work directly with the founder on creating new campaign concepts.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing (internships count).
  • Exceptional organizational skills: lists, spreadsheets, and deadlines are essential.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for beauty and pop culture.
  • Familiarity with startup environments.
