  • Develop strategic core training programs for onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations.
  • Customize learning content to reflect the unique needs and culture of each property while upholding brand alignment.
  • Promote blended learning strategies, incorporating in-person, on-the-job, virtual, and e-learning formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments with department heads and HR teams.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, guest feedback, and quality audit scores to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design targeted learning solutions aligned with business objectives and performance outcomes.

Leadership Development and Coaching

  • Deliver impactful leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential team members.
  • Coach hotel leadership teams on effective training techniques, team engagement, and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the hospitality industry.
