About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Project Manager Training Specialist located in Ernakulam. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions covering project management methodologies.

Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing engaging training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and evaluating trainee performance. You will also stay updated with the latest industry practices to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions on project management methodologies
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices to maintain our curriculum's relevance
Requirements
  • Proficiency in PMP (Project Management Professional) methodologies
  • Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices
  • Experience with GAQM (Global Association for Quality Management) standards
  • Knowledge in ISO 27001 Lead Auditing procedures and standards
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Proven track record in training and curriculum development
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced certifications in PMP, ITIL, GAQM, or ISO 27001 are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant domains
