Oversee the entire lifecycle of residential luxury villa projects, from pre-contract activities to post-delivery evaluation. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing strategic partnerships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize contract drafts to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely project delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners through effective vendor management and negotiation strategies.
- Analyze rate structures and negotiate advantageous terms and conditions with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
