As a seasoned retail professional, you will lead our store to success by driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:

Customer & Sales Management
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to every customer to drive store sales and retention.
  • Handle Customer Queries & Complaints: Assist in handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet Monthly Sales Targets: Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Inventory & Operations
  • Manage Stock Levels: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and timely ordering to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure Inventory Control: Maintain proper inventory control to protect store profits and minimize shrinkage.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate with logistics for smooth handling of home delivery orders.
Visual Merchandising
  • Implement Visual Merchandising Standards: Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Update Displays & Signage: Ensure promotional displays, signage, and in-store layouts are updated regularly to reflect new products and promotions.
Service Management (Spa & Grooming)
  • Manage Spa Appointments: Assist in managing spa and grooming appointments to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate Staff Scheduling: Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure quality of pet spa services.
  • Handle Customer Follow-ups: Handle customer follow-ups and ensure satisfaction with spa experiences.
Team Support
  • Supervise Floor Staff: Supervise floor staff and assign daily responsibilities to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Train New Employees: Support training of new employees on customer handling and store SOPs.
  • Maintain Discipline & Hygiene: Maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational standards within the store.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of retail experience, strong customer service skills, knowledge of inventory management systems, and ability to multitask and manage both store floor and service operations. Good communication and leadership skills are essential to lead a high-performing team. Prior pet retail experience is desirable, as is familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools.
