Strategic Alliance Manager

Job Description:

The Strategic Alliance Manager will drive the growth of Retail Trade & Forex Business through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers. Key responsibilities include executing targeted partnerships, driving initiatives to maximize income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing partnerships to achieve income delivery and driving initiatives for maximizing income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
  • Selecting, documenting, negotiating, and initiating business partnerships.
  • Maintaining the health of business from partners and ensuring timely business settlements.
  • Managing stakeholders, making decisions, and analyzing business data.
  • Ensuring proficient Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
  • Effectively managing channel facets of business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Accountable for control function interfacing, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, and SPU.
  • Driving business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets through various initiatives.
  • Daily dashboarding and creating engagement and review platforms to ensure budget delivery.
  • Bridging between partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:

  • Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in the Retail segment.
  • Bridging between the Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and taking corrective measures.
