Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 10-15 years of functional experience across all Oracle retail modules.
- Excellent business process knowledge and good understanding of functional configuration.
- Well-experienced in fit-gap analysis.
- Responsible for developing, reviewing, and testing code based on technical designs. Applying business and functional knowledge to prepare test scenarios.
- Planning, executing, and capturing test results.
- Preparing functional specs based on business requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering in the retail domain.
- A client-focused approach to program delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
