Job Description

The role of Client Account Manager is a pivotal one, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This individual will manage relationships and expectations, overseeing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business impact.

Key responsibilities include translating client goals into actionable strategies, analysing performance data, and presenting insights to clients with clear recommendations. The successful candidate will also collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Paid Media account management or digital client services.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and PPC strategy.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
