Meta Ads Manager Role

At our organization, we help businesses scale through data-driven advertising.

We are seeking a Senior Meta Ads Manager who can independently manage client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth.

This role is best suited for someone who is analytical, creative, and confident in handling high-performance campaigns—while directly engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Client Management: Independently manage client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Budget Allocation: Allocate resources strategically to maximize returns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
