Trim Component Cost Optimization Specialist

Job Opportunity:
A Sourcing Costing Engineer with expertise in chemical commodities is required to work on exterior and interior trim components. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in part costing techniques, cost management, and data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop zero-based costs for trim components using standard norms and ensure timely submissions.
- Utilize knowledge of costing software like TcPCM and Excel spreadsheets to analyze data and optimize processes.
- Expertise in cost estimation, business case preparation, and cost matrix planning are essential skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive materials cost competitiveness and improve process efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and costing software like TcPCM is also required.
