Strategic Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled B2B Sales Associate to join our team at Crio, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Job Responsibilities- CXO-Level Engagement: Establish connections with high-level executives in the R&D and L&D sectors, fostering meaningful relationships that can lead to new opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Compile comprehensive databases of CXO contacts, utilizing research skills to identify key decision-makers.
- Scheduling and Meetings: Coordinate calls and meetings with potential clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Client Support: Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Manager to understand client needs, offering tailored solutions and support.
- Post-Meeting Engagement: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs, solidifying strong working relationships.
- Reporting and Progress: Regularly update the Regional Head on your activities and progress, facilitating informed decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
