We are looking for an Operational Efficiency Specialist. The role will focus on planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fulfilment, warehousing, and daily operations.
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.
  • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
  • Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
