Creative Campaign Manager


About the Job:

At Amazon, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advertising operations team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of advertising campaigns with internal Design, AdOps, Quality Assurance and Campaign Management teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise during the campaign lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Analyze data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiencies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns for specific areas of business, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver results that meet business metrics and goals.
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with e-commerce/Prime Video/Fire TV products or online advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional management environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce or online advertising, with a focus on relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to analyze key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts, with a strong track record of delivering results that meet business metrics and goals.
