Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

This role involves overseeing the strategic direction and execution of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for property launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Foster lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, real estate portals, and social media platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead, return-on-investment, and conversions to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Lead creative, content, and performance marketing efforts within the organization.
  • Oversee social media presence, content calendars, and brand communication.
  • Implement marketing automation (email, WhatsApp, CRM integrations).
  • Analyse performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience handling marketing budgets and collaborating in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
