POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Specialist

REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising in order to achieve company's digital marketing goals and objectives. This role will report into the Head of Marketing.

Digital Marketing Job Requirements and Responsibilities:


• Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company's vision


• Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used


• Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads


• Keyword research, Keyword grouping, Ad grouping, campaigns setup and Ad copy creation


• Campaign management on Google, Bing & FB, LinkedIn including campaign optimization as per CTR and CPL goals CTR (click through rate) CPL (cost per lead)


• Optimizing channels, campaigns for cost and performance, managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition


• Budget monitoring, Ad copy optimization, search query analysis, negative keyword identification


• A/B testing of Ad copy, landing page, conversion tracking and bid optimization


• Strategize remarketing campaign and implementation


• Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices


• Measure and create performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights


• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing


• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests


• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience


• Evaluate emerging technologies


• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


• Other duties as assigned

Digital Marketing Skills:


• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis


• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:


• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field


• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry


• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns


• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels


• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments


• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)


• Working knowledge of ad serving tools


• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines


• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
