Job Title: IT Staffing Business Growth Specialist
Role Overview- We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive business growth and expand our market presence within the US IT staffing division.
- This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.
- You will play a critical role in increasing revenue and expanding our client base.
- This is not an account management role.
- We want professionals with 5-10 years of proven experience who can bring existing client relationships and deliver measurable business growth from day one.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and secure new direct clients, tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
- Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans.
- Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.
- Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Proven track record in successful consultant placements.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team.
- 8–10 years of proven success in US IT staffing & recruitment.
- Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
